Eating late at night for a very long period of time is hazardous to the body and health. Some people always eat late at night, just before going to bed, sometimes because of how busy they were during the day time, and the time they came back from work. But always eating at night everyday at the long run would be of problem to your body. These are the disadvantages of always eating very late at night: 1. You would gain much weight: Always eating at night would cause you to add more weight than you should, because of the lack of proper digestion that happens because of the inactivity of the body while sleeping. 2.
